How quickly can you schedule an initial consultation?

Most consultations happen within 5–7 business days. If you have an urgent timeline, mention it in your message and we'll prioritize.

Do you serve facilities outside Ontario and BC?

Currently, we're based in Ontario and operate across ON and BC. We're exploring expansion to other provinces. Contact us to discuss your location.

Is there a cost for the initial energy audit?

The 30-minute consultation is free. The full energy audit (3–4 weeks, comprehensive report) runs $3,500–$5,000 depending on facility complexity. Most clients apply this fee toward installation costs.

What information should I bring to our first meeting?

Your last 12 months of utility bills, facility floor plans, current electrical capacity (if known), and any existing renewable generation systems. We'll ask for more details during the consultation.

Can you work with my existing electrical contractor?

Yes. We coordinate with your local electrician and electrical engineer. We're the system designer and integrator; they handle site-specific electrical work.

What's your standard contract length?

Installation contracts are fixed-price with 50% due at signing, 50% at completion. Warranty periods are 10 years for the kinetic system, 5 years for electronics. Optional: ongoing optimization contracts (quarterly reviews, parameter tuning) at $2,500/year.
